The Culinary Arts concentration within the diplôme en gastronomie is intended for those students who alread possess some professional cooking skills, and want to build upon their knowledge in areas of ingredients, food origin, and how cuisine fits into a broader social, cultural, and economic context.

Students will spend their final trimester working most at the renowned culinary destination, Trout Point Lodge.
