To request enrollment in the Granada Semester starting the second week in January, 2010, please fill in the form below. The Registrar will contact you to confirm enrollment and with instructions about tuition, payments, and pre-course readings. For the Certificate in Gastronomy enrollment is currently open until December 15, 2009. The cost is 6,990 euros (not including transportation to and from Granada or text books).

An enrollment deposit of 1/3 of the total tuition is required. The second 1/3 is due November 1, 2009 and the balance is due by December 15, 2009.

Succesful completion of the Granada Semester will result in each student receiving a Certificate in Mediterranean Gastronomy from the Institute of Sustainable Gastronomy as well as a language certificate from Escuela Carmen de las Cuevas.
