The Institute is a private enterprise of Trout Point Lodge working in partnership with the Alliance-francaise Bordeaux-aquitaine.
The Alliance in Bordeaux has recently received the coveted "Qualité Français Langue Etrangère " designation
for the French Education Ministry.
The Trout Point Lodge Institute of Sustainable Gastronomy has a faculty and administration comitted to an extremely
high level of educational quality. The Institute and its programs are registered with the Sloan Consortium
of Institutions and Organizations Comitted to Quality Online Education.
