Most days, we will lunch together,
often including a culinary introduction to Turkish or Mediterranean cuisine, or a cooking demonstration. We have personally
selected some of the top restaurants in the city in terms of quality and variety. Your afternoons and most evenings will be
free to explore modern and ancient Istanbul. We will dine together on the first and last nights of the tour. We will also
provide a guided introduction to the historical city and visit the architectural masterpiece of Santa Sophia Basilica together
as a group. Optional guided Istanbul tours can be arranged, including Topkapi Palace, Chora Basilica, and the city’s
many important mosques. You may also wish to extend your stay in Turkey beyond
seven days, and we can assist with trips to historical sites throughout Turkey.
